Contact Success
Alternative Education Provision supporting young people in Exeter, Devon
Contact Success is a team of established individuals in their professional fields of work as Programme Managers, Mentors, English and Maths Tutors, SENco and Teaching Assistants. As a team we liaise closely with the Local Authority, schools, parents and carers to ensure integrated support for Primary and Secondary students who are struggling to remove barriers to learning.
Having completed careers within Mentoring, Social Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH), SEND, Pastoral, Sports and Teaching sectors we offer a vast range of experience and passion to empower young people to achieve.
Why us?
The Contact Success team recognises that everyone has the ability and want to strive & succeed. Together, we have the skills, knowledge and unique experience to remove barriers to learning and success using our ethos of three 'Ps', Personality, Praise & Perseverance.
Throughout our programmes we provide the tools and structure to empower young people to achieve their own success, build on their knowledge, confidence, resilience, well-being, self-regulation and communication skills, alongside delivery of Ofsted registered English and Maths tutoring.
We achieve this by collaborating with school/parents/carers and understanding from student voice what obstacles and barriers they are facing, before adapting our approach.
Contact Success recognises that reintegration into education is essential for success. Effective collaboration between alternative provision providers and mainstream schools can bridge this gap. By fostering communication, sharing best practices and facilitating transitions, students can seamlessly move between settings.
