After a few unsuccessful provisions, my daughter was uneasy about trying another provision and introducing another mentor. The mentor made my daughter feel at ease and listened to her insecurities and barriers. She felt heard and understood. Everything was done at my daughter's pace, and she felt in control and comfortable. We knew it would be a slow process, and not pushing her was important. Fast forward 3 months, and my daughter was pleased to see her mentor for each session. They have built a strong connection, my daughter feels very supported, and she has engaged with online work. The confidence my daughter now has is incredible, What she has achieved over the last 7 months is something we thought would never happen. My daughter is now ready for the next part in her journey with thanks to the mentor at contact success.

St James are really pleased that through 1:1 tuition with Natasha at Contact Success, our student was able to achieve things she did not believe she could. She grew in confidence, formed a new bond and was able to sit some GCSE exams this summer. We are really proud of our student and the work that went into her development by Natasha. Natasha has been great at staying in contact with school and attending meetings providing really useful feedback, she also went above and beyond to support our student during exams, moving her schedules around. Thank you for all of your help with her.

Contact Success, what a fantastic provision. It has broken through barriers with our student that we had not been able to. There is something about their approach that works with kids that are struggling within the mainstream setting. Our student is now being reintegrated back into mainstream school after a year filled with anxiety and low self-esteem.

Our young people often find full time mainstream education very challenging. Contact success has been without exception quite transformational for each young person we have referred to their service. The staff take time and care to get the right programme to meet each individual needs and ensure a very timely start after a warm welcoming induction visit. Our young people are thriving in the care of Contact Success but also enjoying learning again building their confidence and self esteem in a supportive relational environment where they feel valued and listened to. Thank you for all you do for our most vulnerable young people.
